Increase Your Daily Productivity
Self Improvement February 1st, 2008Sometimes I just feel that there are tons of things to do in one day, and sometimes I just don’t know what to do in one day. When either of these two happens, quite often that I miss an important task. To avoid this in the future, there are some simple strategies I use.
At the night before I go to bed I always write down the tasks that have to be done for tomorrow. I start the note with any task that come to my mind first, and then organize them based on the importance level of each task after all of the tasks have been written down. This list has been proven for its effectiveness in keeping me remember the tasks, and helping me accomplishing my daily tasks much better.
As I know that the most important thing in making and managing a list of activities is the discipline to follow the plan, I also write the consequence of each task if I don’t do them at the predetermined time. It is useless to create a plan if you don’t follow it, right? These strategies are simple but, believe me, hard to be implemented effectively if you don’t have a strong will to increase your daily productivity.
